    Being a member of Capoeira has changed my families life. Energetic crowd, engaging, focused and enthusiastic. Training with adults and parents alike, plus kids - what an incredible environment to be a part of. Definitely having the most amount of fun I could hope for, while getting fit, strong, and pushing beyond my limits. A turn-around strategy if there ever was for people who think they can no longer get back into the fitness game, and for kids who want to do something sporty enough to get the pulse pumping, but different enough to keep you coming back for more.     Adventure Boot Camp is awesome. I truly love it. It saved me from my lazy self. Its helped me get stronger and fitter than I ever thought possible. I love being outdoors for that hour a day,& sharing this fun with other great women. Its tough for each one of us in our own way but when that hour is done, the feeling of accomplishment is awesome! We specialize in the LEARN TO SWIM program from 4 month old babies to toddlers to youngsters and then adults in our 33º heated pool so we can enjoy the benefits of swimming all year round.
