MTG Taekwon-Do Martial arts has been dedicated to authentic ITF Taekwon-Do since 2001.The training offered is a full spectrum martial art including fitness, flexibility, sport, traditional & urban self defence) for adults, teens & kids and more. We also offer MTG Cardio Kickboxing Class (only at our Emmarentia club: Great for Fitness, toning , weight manage & stress relief, this non contact also using boxing bags). Our basic self defence courses are also popular with corporate and private groups.

MTG is headed up by Master Norman Magua 7th Dan and the highest representative for their Taekwon-Do organisation and his team of quality instructors & assistant instructors. Over the two decades many have improved their fitness, flexibility, self defence skills, focus, dicipline and lives through our martial arts training as well as having produced numerous champions both nationally and internationally on the sports side of the art.

The Taekwon-Do style taught by MTG is directly from the original source, under the son of the founder of Taekwon-Do's organisation and is very all round with very effective self defence, a traditional and sport side with the mental and moral attitude emphasised.

The MTG Fighting Fit Cardio Kickboxing Class (Emmarentia) is very beneficial in the fitness, toning and weight management. This club was one of the first in the country to offer this great fitness concept. We hope to have you as a guest to try two no obligation trial sessions soon.
