    Being a member of Capoeira has changed my families life. Energetic crowd, engaging, focused and enthusiastic. Training with adults and parents alike, plus kids - what an incredible environment to be a part of. Definitely having the most amount of fun I could hope for, while getting fit, strong, and pushing beyond my limits. A turn-around strategy if there ever was for people who think they can no longer get back into the fitness game, and for kids who want to do something sporty enough to get the pulse pumping, but different enough to keep you coming back for more.
