KIDS KUNG FU, our children training system is presented as a fun filled experience, that slowly unlocks the child's creativity, focus and concentration through structured play. Based on ancient tried and tested training method, it leads to development of the body, mind and spirit, in a balanced and all-round way, that leads to a deeper self knowing, self confidence and physical training that enhances mental balance, muscle tone, core muscle development, so important in an era where our children are experiencing "screen time overexposure".

TAI CHI CHUAN & CHI KUNG unblocks, mobilises, REVITALISES, nourishes and restores balances the flow of your life force energy or CHI energy. Increase your quality of life, longevity, health, mindfulness and self awareness. Various POSTURES are explored & experienced through breath-body-mind-chi-spirit to restore and harmonise the WHOLE.

TEEN & ADULT KUNG FU - Shaolin Long Fist And White Crane martial arts is instructed in accordance with traditional methods, incorporating punching, kicking, take downs (Shuijio), joint locking (Chi Na) and weapons training.
