Our teachers are experts in Martial Arts, Tang Soo Do, Haedong Kumdo, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and Argentinian Tango!
Master Gregory Hart teaches Tang Soo Do (Korean Karate) to three different age groups: Little Dragons 4-6yrs, Combat Kids 7-12yrs and Teens & Adults 13-65yrs. This traditional martial art has been combined with boxing and various weapons systems to be one of the most complete fighting methods around. It is also an excellent physical workout for strengthening, toning and flexibility.
Marsha Forbes teachers Pilates mat-work to groups and private clients and specialises in sport specific training - Golf, Cycling, Squash players etc can all benefit from her sport specific programmes. She is an expert in injury rehabilitation and postural correction
Marsha also offers her clients sports massage and lymphatic drainage using the Perrin technique for optimal health.
Angelike Barstz teaches Yang style Tai Chi which is excellent for health and physical well being.
Bert Frahm teaches couples and groups the magic of the Argentinean Tango, simply the best fun a couple can have!
