Karate is aimed at developing skills such as concentration, balance, eye & hand coordination, self-defence, discipline, muscle toning and therapeutic benefits such as ADD/ADHD and bilateral integration. Classes are conducted in a friendly and fun environment. These classes teach familiarization with stretching, warming up and strength-building exercises. Key factors in an educated karate lesson are respect and discipline. As instructors, with years of experience in teaching children, we are dedicated to developing the children’s self-esteem and confidence through karate in order to prepare them for basic life skills.
