    My daughter has been a student of swimlab swimming school going on 2 years now. Since she has started lessons with Tanya, she has only but grown in confidence and her ability as a swimmer. Her Instructor Tanya Tyndale-Biscoe (known as Dory) is an amazing individual inside and out of the water. She is incredibly gifted when it comes to teaching children as well as adults. All her students love her and my daughter in particular looks forward to her weekly swimmimg lesson with anticipation and it is all due to her teacher, her mentor who is Dory She is excellent at keeping parents informed of their childrens progress and the only swimming instructor I have come across where she makes every child she teaches, regardless their age, comfortable in the pool and their surroundings. I highly recommend her and Swimlab to anybody, her work ethic and ability to work with people is of an extremely high quality.

    Teacher Dory proved that what I thought to be impossible is actually possible! Brilliant instructor with so much perseverance and patients. She teaches with a "hands on" approach with such passion and enthusiasm.

    Heated and enclosed pool, for all year round swimming. We specialize in the LEARN TO SWIM program from 4 month old babies to toddlers to youngsters and then adults in our 33º heated pool so we can enjoy the benefits of swimming all year round. Fees are R540 per month for twice weekly lessons of 30min each. We also do stroke correction, domestic rescue techniques, snorkeling and moms/dads and babes classes.     Being a member of Capoeira has changed my families life. Energetic crowd, engaging, focused and enthusiastic. Training with adults and parents alike, plus kids - what an incredible environment to be a part of. Definitely having the most amount of fun I could hope for, while getting fit, strong, and pushing beyond my limits. A turn-around strategy if there ever was for people who think they can no longer get back into the fitness game, and for kids who want to do something sporty enough to get the pulse pumping, but different enough to keep you coming back for more.     Talana has such a way with children, she has taught my two boys to swim and they have loved every moment of it!!! Fun place to be, and my wife loves that there is a hairdresser there too. Good place for a one stop shop!!!
