A one stop facility for all those looking to get back in that lean and toned shape. Evo-Fit is a facility that provides Personal Training services, Group training, open air training, Fight fit classes and Karate classes. We provide a family friendly facility fit for all ages and all genders. We pride ourselves in being passionate and driven to give each and every client that one-on-one experience and the results they're searching for.

Personal Training Service: Each and every client is accessed and evaluated to reach their goals and to make sure that they reach them at Evo-Fit.

Group training: The group open air training is a fun way to get back into shape in the open air. Most off our clients love the morning freshness and training with the sunrise in full view, we believe there is no better way to start your day.

Fight fit classes: These classes are one of the most fun, high intensity, stress relieving, full body workout sessions you will ever have. We put you through a full body fat blast session training just like a fighter would to get you in that toned shape. Note that this is not a "fight class which means there is no contact except for the punching bag getting a beating.

Karate classes: The karate classes is run by currently graded 3rd Dan and 1st Dan weapons, JP van Heerden, owner of Boland Dragons Karate. These classes welcome any age from the age of 5 years old.
