Yoga and Mindfulness classes for kids

We offer yoga and mindfulness classes for kids either in person, online, or as an extra mural at your school. These classes are great for all kids, whether they are sporty, arty, smarties ;), the environment is all-inclusive and we stretch, move, practice being mindful and grow emotional and social skills all in one class.

We also host Yoga or Mindful Arts & Crafts parties. We bring everything need for a special, healthy, yoga party theme or a mindful arts & crafts party that will keep everyone entertained and having fun.
