Fit Kids is an exercise life skills program for children aged 3 to 13.

We teach children that exercise is not sport, it's a personal journey of feeling great about yourself by building a strong, able body. Our approach develops confidence and self awareness, laying the foundation for a positive relationship with an active lifestyle.

Everybody is different - we all learn and develop at different rates, like different things, and find different things easy or difficult. No-one else is inside our body, so how can we compare our physical abilities to that of our friends?

Fit Kids is about understanding our bodies, noticing how exercise makes us feel in our bodies and our minds, and learning how to improve by comparing what we are able to today, to our performance or abilities from last week.

In short - Fit Kids is about making exercise something children love and feel great about!

Some of the features of Fit Kids are that:
- Classes are 40 minutes of non-stop activity.
- There's no waiting around or standing in queues at Fit Kids.
- Classes are taught by the owner of the local business to ensure quality and a long-term relationship.
- We learn 'real' exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime.
- We don't use loads of weird and wonderful equipment that you only see in class.
- Kids are encouraged to practice Fit Kids at home, and to teach their friends and family.

Classes are offered at pre- and primary schools, and private venues, at a growing number of locations across SA. Classes are either offered as an extra-mural, or as part of the school day, depending on the needs of the school.

Area licenses are available for excellent teachers who share our vision and would like to be a part of shaping the way the next generation feel about exercise!
