Fit Kids is an exercise life skills program for children aged 3 to 13.
We teach children that exercise is not sport, it's a personal journey of feeling great about yourself by building a strong, able body. Our approach develops confidence and self awareness, laying the foundation for a positive relationship with an active lifestyle.

Fit Kids is about understanding our bodies, noticing how exercise makes us feel in our bodies and our minds, and learning how to improve by comparing what we are able to today, to our performance or abilities from last week.
In short - Fit Kids is about making exercise something children love and feel great about!
