At YogaBeams, we go beyond ordinary kids yoga. We offer both extra mural and co-curricular yoga and mindfulness classes, designed to integrate seamlessly into school life or provide enriching after-school experiences. What sets us apart is our depth of training and holistic approach. We are fully qualified in yoga for children and yoga for special needs kids, and we bring additional expertise through breathwork, reflex integration, kinesiology with Brain Gym exercises, and Reggio Emilia certification. As former Montessori teachers, we understand child development and how to connect with children in ways that make learning meaningful, engaging, and joyful.

We are also fully vetted with police clearance, NRSO and NPCR checks, giving families and schools peace of mind that their children are in safe, professional hands. Our work already extends across many schools in the Johannesburg North area, where we offer yoga either as an extra mural activity or woven into the co-curricular timetable. We also create fun and memorable holiday workshops, fabulous birthday parties, and nurturing Mommy and Me classes. Our themed curriculum is designed around popular topics that capture children's imaginations, ensuring that every class is fresh, relevant and exciting.
