Description

At Nakayama Karate South Africa we teach children from the age of 6 years old.
Adults and all beginners are very welcome. We teach Shotokan style Karate as from Sensei Masatoshi Nakayama from the old JKA School of the 1960 1980s.
Shotokan training is divided into three parts. Kihon (basics), Kata (forms or patterns of moves), and Kumite (sparring). We are at the Uitenhage Methodist Church Hall, 8 John Street, Upper Central in Uitenhage.
