Kids yoga is a beautiful combination of activities that develop kids mind, body and senses in a fun and creative environment. Classes are playful, supportive and non competitive environments, encouraging self confidence and creative expression. During the pandemic, we moved to online classes exclusively for a safer environment and offer both kids, tweens and teen classes on Friday afternoons. Please get in touch.
