Karate classes for kids (8 years and older) and adults (from high school and older) in Kenridge. We have been teaching karate in Durbanville for 20 years. Small neighborhood dojo offering personal attention to every student. Classes on Mondays & Wednesdays. Kids from 5 pm until 6 pm and adults (high school and older) from 6 pm until 7-30pm. Enjoy a free class or two before you commit.

Train under sensei Brian Woodland (4th dan). Sensei Brian has been teaching karate in Durbanville for over 20 years and began his martial arts studies in 1978. While he has trained primarily in traditional karate, sensei Brian has experience in aikido and wing chun kung fu.

Classes vary in intensity, and strong emphasis is placed on good form, effective application of techniques whilst maintaining strict control to ensure an injury-free training environment.
