Description

We are a Full Contact Karate organization. We are registered as both NPO & PBO. We provide karate classes for children, youth and adults that are young at heart. Our starting age is from 5 years. ADHD diagnosed kids are but one of our areas we specialize in. We also but a lot of emphasis on bullying/anti bullying especially at schools. We teach karate as a health and lifestyle concept. Our other focus areas are discipline, enhancement of focus, building confidence and self esteem.
