Our Dojo is in Plumstead. We are situated just off the Gabriel Road opposite Pick & Pay. Stone throw from Constantia M5 turand subsequently a 5-minute drive from any of these areas. (Meadowridge, Constantia, Tokai, Kirstenbosch, and Retreat.)

Alternatively, the Rondebosch dojo is at the entrance of Bishop's school, across the road from Rondebosch boys and Rustenburg High, in Rondebosch just off Campground road. Easy access from areas such as Claremont, Kenilworth, Rosebank as far down as Observatory. We are walking distance away from Bishops School and very accessible to areas such as Rondebosch, Rondebosch East, Kenilworth, Constantia, Wynberg, and Bishops Court.
