Welcome to the best traditional and sport karate dojo(club) in Paarl where anyone from young to old is welcome. We are a MASA (Martial Arts South Africa) affiliated karate club and affiliated to the style Shorin-Ryu Shorinkan which is the oldest style in the world. We train in modern and functional methods to develop young individuals to the best students they can be

We also train in the art of Kobudo (weapons). We focus on the development of mental, physical and leadership skills which we had tremendous success rates.

Come join Sensei JP van Heerden who has currently graded at 3rd Dan and 1st Dan in weapons and represented South Africa a few times at the World Games.
