Kids Taekwon-Do (Martial Arts) Classes:
You will be trained in the original version of Taekwon-Do (I.T.F.) with the signature Magua Hosin-Sul (self-defence) syllabus. So if you are looking for a martial art in order to improve your self-defence skills, develop your body to do things you thought we impossible, compete (not compulsory) or just to get fitter with set belt goals, then look no further! The many other benefits also include improvement in: gross & fine motor skills, hand & foot/eye co-ordination, balance, muscle tone, weight loss, strength, cardio vascular, suppleness, concentration, discipline and confidence.
