Description

Sinakekele Children is a ministry to abandoned babies and Aids orphans. We run a transition home for abandoned babies, and do outreach to the rural community of Oakford / Osindisweni.

Our outreach includes:
Church services
Bible Study
Hospital visits to the maternity ward of our local rural hospital
Home visits and food parcels
Library for the children in the rural community
Annual Christmas party for the children in the rural community

Our future plans include a recreation centre for the children in the community; and a pre school.

We have plenty of opportunities for people to get involved and give back...

Our main focus at Sinakekele Children is our home for abandoned babies. We can accomodate up to 6 babies at one time, ranging from new born to three years of age.

As our property borders a poor rural community we try to help our neighbours wherever possibe.

A weekly bible study is held for the Gogo's in the community as well as any other ladies who wish to attend.

Care packages are delivered to the Mom's in the maternity section of the local hospital.

Our library is open every Saturday morning for the children in the community. They love checking out books, reading to us, completing an art activity as well as playing on our playground!
