Little Republic is a fun filled, safe and educational preschool.

We cater for children from the age of 2 months - 6 years old / GR.R

We limit our classes to only 10 children per class, which ensures that each child receives the individual attention they need. We offer a unique curriculum incorporated with the Department of Education.

Lifelong learning begins in the early years, and transversal competencies are a combination of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes, as well as the ability to use such knowledge in different situations.
We view children as unique individuals with their own ideas, thoughts and needs and we therefore prioritize children's wellbeing, both physical and emotional, along with building their competencies. We foster their participation and autonomy, teach them how to take care of themselves and others and develop their social-emotional abilities so that they learn the skills for life

At Little Republic Preschool we value our Teachers just as much as we do our children. Our teachers engage in ongoing teacher training and development to deliver quality education and each teacher is 1st Aid certified.

Our children at Little Republic Preschool are learning everywhere all the time, Little Republic Preschool does not limit our learning activities in the class room, we make every situation and moment count as a learning experience.
At Little Republic Preschool we encourage learning through play. Play is the most natural way for children to learn and it's a prerequisite for their development. We also value the intrinsic value of play and prioritize free play without adult involvement. We see it as an opportunity for the children to collaborate with each other, explore their surroundings, practice solving problems and practice creativity.

    Appreciation
    Little Republic has been an excellent choice for our child. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which creates a warm and safe environment for the kids. The principal (teacher Mandy) stands out for being deeply involved and truly concerned about each child’s well-being, not just academically but emotionally as well. What really impressed me is the school’s strong focus on emotional intelligence, alongside intellectual development. This is something I didn’t fully appreciate before enrolling my child, but it has made a huge difference. Knowing that my child is being nurtured holistically and not just prepared academically has given me far greater peace of mind. I’m confident my child is in very good hands at Little Republic.

    Greatest decision I could have ever made to have my son join Little Republic, we are in GrdRR now started towards the end of 2023 in October and have never regretted it since. I am at ease everyday knowing his well taken care of and safe, the principle Mandy-Lee is always available to answer and assist with complaints, questions, enquiries, ect I never feel neglected or ignored as my messages are always answered with urgency. My heart sinks as I see my son growing and soon preparations for him having to leave the school nearing.

    A nurturing and welcoming school.
    We are really impressed with the school. The teachers are professional and kind, the communication with parents is great, and the environment is structured yet nurturing. Our children adjusted quickly and enjoy being there every day.

    Best Preschool in the West Rand
    From my own personal experience with Little Republic, staff members are always smiling, always friendly, always caring & always have a loving nature. Each and every staff member has a passion for working with the little ones. I will most definitely recommend Little Republic anyday.

    Happy kids, happy mom
    I am a firm believer in trusting children and animals to judge a person or a situation. Our kids joined Little Republic after going through a rather rough time emotionally. I needed them to feel safe, loved and stimulated. Most of all, they had to be happy. My peace of mind depended on it. Our kids love their school and teachers.

    Little republic
    Wow thinking about it makes me emotional. The treatment I always get from the stuff always feels like I'm home. They always very welcoming and filled with smiles,Rest assured I don't stress/ worry about my daughter.I even feel like they love her more than I do at times.im a very protective and fussy mom but they understand and meet every need I desire for my daughter even better, they are simply the best. I have never seen a day care that's is filled with so much love and care ???? I always recommend parents who always want the best for their kids.
