Swimming lessons in stirling East London in an indoor heated pool for children and adults.

Ages from 6 months and older.

R250 a month for 1 lesson per week and R400 for 2 lessons per week per month.

Kids swim lessons:

Schools - Week days - 8:00 to 12:00
Private - week days - 1pm to 5:20pm
Saturday's - 8:00 to 2 pm

Adult swim lessons and fitness workout in the pool :

Week days - 5:40 to 6:30pm
Saturday's - 9:00 am

Sunday's - no swimming but available to
hire out the pool venue for
kids Birthday parties
