Darul-Wadood Montessori Preschool is an Islamic private home-based preschool situated in the Zwartdam, Athlone area.

We accommodate all children between the ages of 3 – 6 years with a ratio of 1 Directress and 1 assistant teacher to +-10 children. Our classroom is equipped with materials and facilities required to provide a Montessori environment enriched with Basic Islamic studies such as, Arabic language/Quraan, duaas, Seera, ahadeeth and Gazali childrens project for the children to experience. Although the school admits the majority of its students at the start of the year, we try to admit a child at his/her optimum stage of readiness. Changes occur rapidly in young children so ideally new children are accepted throughout the year.
