With winter holidays just around the corner, you might be wondering how to keep your kids entertained and active during the day without having to worry about them becoming bored at home or having to go through the same-old-same-old holiday clubs. Capoeira Valente will be running their two day annual Winter Holiday Club on the Thursday 5th and Friday 6th of July 2018, and we invite you to bring your kids around to our safe and secure instructor led programme. We will introduce them to a new way of keeping fit by doing martial arts that combines gymnastics, acrobatics, music and exercise in such a fun way that they won't realise how much running about they are doing. Some of the activities that we will be doing are: - Capoeira Martial Art training - Capoeira Music - Basic Portuguese - Instrument making (Birambau or Caxixi) - Games and art - Capoeira History Our fully equipped academy is based at Sloane Square in Bryanston within a secured environment so your child's safety is guaranteed.
