Thursday's are our open days, our little friends can bring a friend or cousin to join them for gun games.

We are extremely proud to be adding a new Venue to our listing. Impilo Bisley will be opening in January 2021. With specialist services including learn to swim Adults, learn to swim kiddies and professional stroke correction.

Classes for adults and bigger kids (from Grade 8) every Monday and Wednesday from 6 pm. Classes cover basic movement, combinations, kata, and various forms of partner work. (kumite, randori, stick hands, self-defense applications etc).

The Skill of swimming is something everybody should learn at a young age. It is a life skill for both fun and necessity. We are booking lessons in for 2022. The swimming school has been running with clearance during level 3 2020 and have been incident free all this time. Our safety protocols are top notch. Please contact us to join a group for children under 4 years of age.

Kids training classes every Monday and Wednesday from 5pm. Classes include basic drills, partnerwork and kata analysis and application for self-defense purposes.
