MTG Fighting Fit Central - Martial Arts & Fitness- All ages

MTG Fighting Fit Central is a professional Martial Arts facility dedicated to authentic Taekwon-Do (full spectrum martial art, fitness & urban self defence) for Adults, teens & kids as well as our Fighting Fit Cardio Kickboxing Class (Kickbox fitness, for toning, weight management and fitness, non contact also using boxing bags). It is headed up by Norman Magua 6th Dan and the highest representative for their Taekwon-Do Organisation and his team of great instructors & assistant instructors. MTG-FFC has been running since 2005 and many have improved their fitness, self defence skills and lives through martial arts as well as having produced numerous champions both nationally and internationally on the sports side of the art. The Taekwon-Do taught is directly from the original source, under the son of the founder of Taekwon-Do's organisation and is very all round with very effective self defence, a traditional and sport side with the mental and moral attitude emphasised. The Fighting Fit Cardio Kickboxing Class is very beneficial in the fitness, toning and weight management. This club was one of the first in the country to offer this great fitness concept.
