Tuition in Chinese martial arts and self defence.
At the Chinese Martial Arts & Health Centre we teach many types of classes that all have different pricing and functions. To further your discovery of the classes that are available and may be suited to you, we have an introductory offer of R200 which entitles you to attend unlimited classes for 2 weeks. The best way to experience our facilities is to make an appointment and we can answer all your questions. We open every day from 5pm onwards and the best times to meet is Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm-7:00pm. We can discuss all options and find the best class to fit your needs and personality.
Our classes are designed so that you can start at any time you are ready. We will place you in a starter group and take you through a full programme of martial arts step by step. All you need to get going is some comfortable work out gear.
